Job summary

A leading earthwork & infrastructure contractor in Johor seeks a Site HR Officer to manage operational staff HR matters, assist with employee concerns, and maintain records. Ideal candidates hold a Diploma in Business Administration or Human Resources, with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience or fresh graduates are welcome. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, and applicants must be able to work in Sedenak, Kulai, with the possibility of Saturday work. This is a 2-year renewable contract.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in administrative support role.
  • Experience in the construction industry is preferred.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

  • Handle HR matters for site‑based operational staff, including recruitment, leave, and resignation submissions to HQ-Human Resource Department.
  • Assist the manager in resolving employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances.
  • Support the manager with on‑site disciplinary actions, including compiling and recording documents for submission to HQ-Human Resource Department.
  • Record and verify on‑site manpower data against designations.
  • Record and manage documents including employee attendance, working hours, diesel management records, all types of leave, hostel, and transportation.
  • Implement efficient documentation processes and workflows, ensuring compliance with company standards and practices.
  • Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by management.

Job requirements:

  • Candidates should possess Diploma in Business Administration or Human Resources, or equivalent field.
  • Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in administrative support role.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
  • Experience working in the construction industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Outlook, Excel, Word) is a must.
  • Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
  • Possess an assertive nature and a strong personality, with good communication skills.
  • Applicants must be able to work inSedenak, Kulai, Johor.
  • Applicants must be able to work onSaturday (8AM- 1PM).

Contract period: 2 years (renewable based on experience)

Working hours: Monday - Friday (8 AM-5 PM), Saturday (8 AM-1 PM)
