Job summary

A leading technology company located in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, is seeking an individual responsible for device assembly and testing, firmware installation, and managing SAP operations. This role involves troubleshooting and quality control tasks, making it essential for candidates to have a strong technical background in assembly and maintenance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for device assembly and testing
• Responsible for the preparation of testing system
• Conduct firmware installation and keycode generation according to customer requests
• Responsible for preventive maintenance for torque driver and equipment
• Perform Run-In of device
• Ensuring the operations of SAP routing
• Manage stock posting via SAP
• Print the calibration certificates and calibration reports (if any)
• Perform optical inspection during assembly activity by following work inspection
• Establish products’ structure
• Ensure testing equipment is established in the equipment database
• Raise quality notification for defective material or device
• Communicate with technical team regarding test program issues
• Perform first level troubleshooting on the final testing failure
• Perform Final Inspection
• Participate in continuous improvement activities
