Requirements
  • Minimum SPM/Diploma in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of working experience in production or packaging operations (supervisory experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of packaging processes, machinery, and quality standards.
  • Ability to supervise and lead a production/packing team effectively.
  • Good problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot production and packaging issues.
  • Familiar with 5S, ISO standards, and workplace safety practices.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Willing to work alternate Saturdays and overtime when needed.
  • Basic computer literacy (production reports, MS Office).
Work Hours
  • Mon to Fri 8:30am to 5pm
  • Alternate Saturday 8:30am to 5pm
Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily packaging operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely output.
  • Monitor manpower, assign tasks, and ensure packing lines are running efficiently.
  • Ensure all packaging processes meet quality, accuracy, and product specification standards.
  • Conduct routine checks on packaging machines and coordinate with maintenance when issues arise.
  • Maintain accurate production and packaging records, reports, and inventory updates.
  • Implement and enforce safety procedures, 5S practices, and company SOPs.
  • Identify operational problems, recommend improvements, and assist in continuous improvement projects.
  • Train, guide, and supervise packaging operators to enhance productivity and quality performance.
  • Coordinate with QA/QC, warehouse, and planning teams to ensure smooth production flow.
