Job summary

A leading manufacturing company in Malaysia is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee production operations and achieve output targets. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of supervisory experience, a Diploma or equivalent in any discipline, and proficiency in MS Office. Knowledge of ISO 13485 and proficiency in Japanese is a bonus. This role requires effective communication and problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• At least a Diploma or equivalent in any discipline; knowledge in ISO 13485 is an advantage.
• Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Proficient in MS Office and machine handling.
• Fluency in English and Malay; Japanese is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

• Organizing, monitoring and prioritizing tasks to meet production goals.
• Evaluating various stations of the production operation to ensure optimum efficiency.
• Maintaining communication between employees and the Management team to ensure procedure and policies are well-understood.
• Ensuring the flow of raw materials and other resources to prevent production interruption.
• Compliance with quality of products and to initiate AAR or CAPA if any quality issue arises.
• Evaluating various stations of the production operation to ensure optimum efficiency.
• Organizing training and educational manuals for the production team.
• Assisting in recruitment and onboarding of new hires.

Qualifications

• Education level: At least Diploma or equivalent in any discipline (knowledge in ISO 13485 – advantage).
• Year(s) of Experience: At least 3 years in Supervisory level.
• Capability: Proficient in MS Office & Machine handling.
• Language: English, Malay (Japanese – Advantage).
