is seeking a talented Production Process Executive with expertise in polymer science and latex applications. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and optimize production processes for latex product manufacturing.
- Monitor daily operations and ensure adherence to established process parameters.
- Troubleshoot process and equipment issues, and implement corrective and preventive measures.
- Conduct process studies, validation, and root cause analysis to improve yield and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality Assurance, and Maintenance for process improvements and new product introduction.
- Establish and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
- Provide technical guidance and training to production staff.
- Prepare technical reports, process documentation, and production performance analysis.
- Participate in research and development projects on latex and elastomeric materials to enhance product performance and reduce manufacturing costs.
- Stay informed about new raw materials, technologies, and regulatory requirements affecting latex products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
- Proven experience in latex or polymer-related research and formulation.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in latex, rubber, medical devices, or polymer-related industries.
- Knowledge of latex compounding, dipping, curing, and associated processes is an advantage.
- Experience in process optimization, quality systems, and production troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Possession of Certified Environmental Professional in the Operation of Industrial Effluent Treatment Systems (PCP) and Biological Processes (BP) credentials will be considered a strong plus.
- Possession of CePIETSO-PCP (Certified Environmental Professional in the Operation of Industrial Effluent Treatment Systems – Physical Chemical Processes) and CePIETSO-BP (Certified Environmental Professional in the Operation of Industrial Effluent Treatment Systems – Biological Processes) credentials will be considered a strong plus.
