Job description

Lead, manage and guide the production team, as well as all staff to ensure smooth progress in all operations, especially in timely deliveries and quality assurance in our products to deliver satisfaction to our clients.

Organize, monitor and coordinate project(s) from initiation to completion; using maximum utilization of manpower, techniques, experiences, creativity and management skills to reach the predetermined objectives.

To ensure all goods are delivered on smooth and timely schedule, and all goods to be checked thoroughly before delivery.

Liaising and coordination with clients, consultants and Main Contractors for resolving of any technical issues, as well as attending meetings scheduled by Main Contractors.

To monitor and control all production costs to save costs for the company and keep all productions within our budget.

To review and research the work procedures to improve productivity.

Ensure all safety procedures all carried out during production and ensure QC supervisors look out for all details during production to ensure no mistakes made.

Conduct, organize and lead meetings to ensure all staff are in-sync with all tasks involved in the production department to ensure there will not be hiccups during production period.

Mentor and train all production staff to ensure they are clear of all tasks assigned and ensure good cooperation within all fellow colleagues.
