About the Role

As an Production Planning & Control Officer (Import Export), you will play a key role in keeping our systems running smoothly. Your primary duties include:

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor domestic transportation of goods (road, sea, air/courier).
• Arrange dispatches, deliveries, and returns in coordination with warehouses, customers and transporters.
• Prepare and verify logistics documents such as delivery notes, transport orders, invoices, and GRNs (ACCPAC & NORMING ESS PORTAL).
• Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery to customers.
• Coordinate with transporters to negotiate rates and manage service performance.
• Resolve delivery issues, delays, damages, or shortages.
• Ensure compliance with local transportation laws and company SOPs.
• Collaborate with sales, procurement, finance, and warehouse teams.
• Undertake any job assigned by the superior from time to time.
• Working in shift.
