Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Production Planner to join our team. Coming on board you will play a key role in ensuring smooth production flow by preparing production schedules, coordinating with relevant departments, and monitoring material availability to meet customer delivery requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan and translate customer orders into the production schedule.
• Perform production capacity planning and manage weekly and monthly production planning.
• Communicate with customers on the delivery schedule.
• Work closely with the production team on production scheduling, material availability, and delivery master schedule.
• Monitor and follow up on production performance and expedite to ensure shipments to the customer are on time.
• Work closely with the material team to ensure sufficient material inventory to fulfil production needs.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree or Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required.
• Junior Executives specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent are encouraged to apply.
• Preferably candidates from Electronics Manufacturing Industries will be an advantage.
• Proficient in ERP/MRP systems and MS Excel.
• Candidates fluent in Mandarin are preferred as the role requires the candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking customers.
