Production Operators Needed at EastPack Edgecumbe!

We’re looking for motivated, hard-working, and computer-savvy individuals to join our Production Team at EastPack Edgecumbe!

As a Production Operator, you’ll play a key role in optimising the use of fruit sorting and labelling technology within our packhouse. By operating these machines, you’ll focus on maximising throughput and packing line capacity while maintaining product quality and following the current packing plan.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be organised, have excellent problem‑solving skills, and make sound decisions under pressure. You’ll also be expected to uphold our strong health and safety culture and contribute to continuous improvement.

You’ll also need:

• Technical and mechanical aptitude
• The ability to work well with a diverse range of people
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Flexibility to adapt to the highs and lows of seasonal work (including shift work and weekends)
• The ability to multitask and manage multiple demands

We have both day and night shifts available.
