Job description

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Operation Executive to join our dynamic team in the health food manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating daily production activities, ensuring compliance with GMP, Halal, HACCP, and quality standards, and supporting continuous improvement across operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily production operations to ensure smooth workflow, efficiency, and product quality.
• Work closely with the Production team to plan schedules, monitor output, and resolve any operational or process-related issues.
• Ensure all manufacturing activities comply with GMP, HACCP, Halal, and internal quality standards.
• Collaborate with QA/QC, R&D, Warehouse, Procurement, and Maintenance teams to support production requirements and on-time delivery.
• Monitor material usage, yield, and wastage, ensuring accurate documentation and traceability in the ERP system.
• Participate in audits, documentation control, and process validation to maintain production compliance.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, cost control, and workplace safety.
• Prepare and present production performance and operation reports for management review.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in GMP-certified food, nutraceutical, or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and Halal principles and documentation practices.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
