Job Responsibilities :

Monitor the daily operations of production department, including personnel management and work assignments.

Oversee and optimize the production processes to meet quality standards.

Manage production equipment and materials, oversee maintenance and control inventory

Establish and enforce quality control systems, supervise product quality and address any issues

Implement and maintain workplace safety protocols to prevent accidents

Lead team training and development initiatives to enhance staff skills and efficiency

Job Requirements :
