This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Production Manager (Metal Stamping) to join our client, a leading manufacturing company based in Senai, Johor. As the Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the metal stamping production line, ensuring efficient and effective manufacturing processes to meet production targets and exceed customer expectations.

What you'll be doing

Operational Coordination: Work closely with maintenance, QA, and logistics to keep production running smoothly.

Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs like OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), downtime, and scrap rates.

Problem-Solving: Address production delays, quality issues, and equipment failures promptly.

Team Leadership: Supervise night shift staff, ensure proper staffing, and foster a culture of accountability and teamwork.

Compliance & Safety: Enforce ISO, GMP, OSHA standards, conduct risk assessments, and maintain safety documentation.

Continuous Improvement: Drive Lean and Six Sigma projects, implement cost-reduction strategies, and adopt new technologies.

Reporting & Documentation: Ensure accurate shift reports and smooth handovers.

What we're looking for
