Job summary

A leading electronics manufacturing company in Selangor is looking for a Factory Operations Manager. This role involves overseeing factory operations to ensure efficiency and timely product delivery. You will manage various teams, influence production success, and take charge of production organization and labor management. Applicants need a bachelor's degree, at least 5 years of experience in SMT or automotive electronics, and proficiency in English or Malay. Experience outside of China will be an advantage.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of work experience in SMT or automotive electronics.
• Proficient in at least one of the following languages: English or Malay; knowledge of Chinese (Mandarin) is an added advantage.
• Work experience outside of China.

Job description

Manages departments such as Production, Equipment, Process, and Industrial Engineering (IE).

Reports directly to the General Manager.

Job Requirements
