Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years of workshop management experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Must be proficient in Chinese and preferably speak Bengali.
• Knowledge of automation and digital tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage team tasks according to production plan.

• Organize quality inspections and resolve quality issues.
