Job Requirements

• Supervise daily operations on the production line to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.
• Allocate tasks and guide operators to achieve production targets.
• Monitor machine performance and ensure minimal downtime, coordinating with maintenance team when needed.
• Ensure all operators follow standard operating procedures (SOP), safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Perform basic equipment checks and report any abnormalities or malfunctions.
• Maintain daily production records and report progress/issues to the Production Supervisor.
• Support training of new line operators to ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by superior.
