Production Executive / Senior Production Executive

Arrange production schedule according to delivery schedule

Lead & motivate production leaders and operators to achieve the daily target and delivery.

Supervise the allocation of manpower, timely detection of problems to ensure the smooth completion of production plans and delivery.

Supervise the production process, work method.

Organize training, train production staff of the product concept and conduct self-check to maximize the product pass rate (to meet and exceed the company requirements).

Organize training for production staff efficiency and conduct assessment, to meet the company requirements

Responsible for the production department of discipline and supervision.

Supervise the production material in and out

Coordinate the problem-solving of the relevant departments.

Supervise the control of the manufacturing costs of the department

Guide the production groups to complete production group data statistics

Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations and measures

1 to 3 years experience or fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply
