Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the whole production floor to ensure production runs smoothly.
• Supervise and evaluate production personnel's performance.
• Plan and implement continuous improvements to maximize production output.
• Monitor production operations according to schedule and plan overtime.
• Prepare and submit performance status reports.
• Plan and implement training for new staff.
• Ensure 5S implementation on the production floor.
• Conduct weekly meetings to address production and quality issues.
• Follow ISO 9001 procedures.
• Implement new workflows to reduce downtime and wastage.
• Develop and implement new products to enhance company performance.

• Supervise and evaluate performance of the production personnel.
• Plan and implement continuous improvement on the production floor to minimize production lost and maximize production output.
• Monitor production to ensure the operation run according to the schedule and plan overtime accordingly.
• Prepare and submit status of performance result.
• Plan and implement training for the new staff.
• Ensure 5S on production floor.
• Weekly meeting with management staff to troubleshoot daily production issues and quality issues and make improvement.
• Follow ISO 9001 procedure.
• Continue implementing new process workflow to reduce production down time and material wastage.
• Develop and implement new product to improve company performance in terms of cost, material, process or delivery.
• Determine necessary work order.
