A food production company located in Selangor, Malaysia, is seeking an experienced individual to supervise and manage production operations. The role requires ensuring compliance with product quality and food safety standards while efficiently utilizing manpower and resources. Candidates should possess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology and have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the food industry. Shift work is necessary, covering both day and night shifts.
Responsible for the supervision and managing production operations and maintaining production schedules.
To ensure efficient utilization of manpower and allocated resources.
To ensure product quality and food safety standards are complied with.
Possess a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology or equivalent.
Able to work on shifts (7.00 am to 7.00 pm; 7.00 pm to 7.00 am)
Minimum 3 years work related in food industry.
