Role
To support Sales & Distribution in assigned areas with KPIs on sales targets.

The Day-To-Day Activities

  • Execute and monitor the effectiveness of sales strategies and promotion plans, seeking new opportunities to expand UM touchpoints and pyramid.
  • Deepen dealer loyalty through activations (Prepaid with plans and Postpaid).
  • Ensure proper knowledge and training on:
  • System: Genuine and accurate activations through control systems and system knowledge.
  • Product: Full range of products.
  • Sales Techniques: Accurate and correct information delivery.
  • Incentives/Pyramid: Proper guidance in building loyalty.
  • POSM: Up-to-date POSM materials.
  • Market Intelligence: Vigilant to market movements.
  • Build good rapport and trust with dealers by providing support, information, and guidance.
  • Maintain discipline and high performance standards.
  • Perform trade events, visits, and provide tactical ground support to maximize sales performance.

About You

  • At least 2 years of experience in Telco/FMCG environment.
  • Possess SPM / Diploma in any field.
  • Sales-driven with a proven track record.
  • Own transport and willing to travel.
