Design and organization of digital products within software development projects
Professional product design and conceptualization, with a strong focus on product management best practices
Development and coordination of all requirements to be implemented, ensuring their successful and sustainable integration into the development process
End-to-end involvement in business analysis, from gathering requirements to translating business needs into technical solutions
Coordination with all stakeholders (including users, customers, management, departments, UX, development, operations, etc.), demonstrating strong stakeholder management skills
Minimum of 7 years’ working experience in a related field is required
Bachelor’s Degree in IT or a related field of study
Agile Product Owner-related certification (e.g. PSPO, CSPO, or equivalent) is preferred
Proven experience in managing digital products within agile environments
Can develop business models and price them
Excellent knowledge of software development as well as the procedures, methods, and techniques of requirements engineering
Strong skills in product management, business analysis, and stakeholder engagement across functional teams
