Responsibilities

• Assist in sales and Marketing activities for healthcare simulation solutions
• Conduct product and feature demonstrations for potential clients (pre-sales support)
• Provide follow-up support service and coordination after sales (post-sales support)
• Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing, technical support team to ensure smooth implementation and customer satisfaction
• Travel occasionally to assist in customer events, workshops or training

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing, Biomedical Science, Biotechnology, or related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Prior experience in Ultrasound or other modalities will be an advantage
• Good communication skills, both written and spoken in English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Able to work independently and coordinate remotely with internal teams
• Willing to travel when needed
