Procurement Associate: Focusing on operational excellence, PO processing, and vendor onboarding.
Procurement Specialist / Senior Specialist: Driving category management, RFQ/RFP execution, and cost‑saving initiatives.
Procurement Manager: Overseeing strategic sourcing strategies, stakeholder management, and team leadership.
Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement sourcing strategies to ensure the cost‑effective purchase of goods and services (Direct/Indirect).
Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with local and international suppliers to ensure quality and compliance.
Negotiation & Contract Management: Lead commercial negotiations and manage the end‑to‑end contract lifecycle to mitigate risks and maximize value.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a strategic partner to internal business units (Finance, Supply Chain, Operations) to understand requirements and provide procurement solutions.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and digital transformation within the procurement function (e.g., E‑sourcing implementation).
Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities align with internal policies, ESG standards, and local regulatory requirements.
Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications (CIPS/APICS) are a strong advantage.
Experience: 1‑3 years of experience in procurement/purchasing.
Experience (Specialist/Manager level): 5‑10+ years of experience with a proven track record in category management and cost‑saving.
Technical Proficiency: Strong command of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Excel.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze spend data and market trends to drive data‑led decision‑making.
Communication: Fluency in English (written and verbal) is essential for regional stakeholder management.
