Identify and evaluate potential vendors, negotiate contracts, and establish relationships to ensure the best terms and pricing.

Collaborate with various departments to understand their procurement requirements and develop procurement plans and strategies.

Source and purchase goods, materials, and services required by the organization, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

Monitor and control procurement budgets, identifying opportunities for cost savings and implementing cost reduction strategies where possible.

Manage vendor contracts, including contract negotiation, renewal, and termination, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, addressing any issues or concerns promptly to ensure a smooth procurement process.

Identify and mitigate potential risks related to procurement activities, such as supply chain disruptions, price fluctuations, and quality issues.

Continuously review and improve procurement processes and procedures to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline operations.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.

Proven at least 2 years experience in procurement or purchasing roles, preferably in a similar industry.

Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
