Responsibilities
  • Assist in long-term or annual pricing development and sustain the best offer for common stock items.
  • Assist in sourcing new opportunities for critical commodities, including market studies.
  • Collaborate with Procurement in the execution of purchase orders for common stock items.
  • Maintain optimum inventory levels and drive stock level accuracy.
  • Assist in maintaining the approved vendor list together with scope of supply.
  • Collaborate with Procurement and Quality on vendor data to evaluate performance on a periodic basis (e.g. supplier on-time delivery reports and lot acceptance rates).
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of working experience in supply chain, procurement, or inventory management.
  • Ability to analyze data related to pricing, stock levels, and supplier performance.
  • Experience in ERP system, preferable AutoCount system and Microsoft Office.
  • Good communication and negotiation skill.
