Procurement cum Customer Services Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement & Customer Services Coordinator to join our team. This role combines procurement, customer service, and administrative functions to ensure smooth business operations and strong customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, with excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Responsibilities
Procurement & Supply Chain
  • Manage direct material purchasing to support production and operations.
  • Conduct demand forecasting and planning to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Oversee inventory management processes, ensuring accuracy and availability.
  • Coordinate logistics and transportation to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Handle indirect material purchases, including packaging, stationery, and PPE.
  • Manage procurement of services such as transportation, equipment repair, air conditioning, cleaning, security, insurance, and rental agreements.
Customer Service
  • Manage customer orders from receipt to delivery.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation for orders and shipments.
  • Arrange delivery schedules in coordination with logistics providers.
  • Serve as the key point of contact for customer communication, ensuring timely updates and issue resolution.
Front Office & Administration
  • Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Prepare reports on procurement, sales, and service activities.
  • Execute SAP system transactions related to procurement, sales, and inventory.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in procurement, supply chain, or customer service roles.
  • Solid knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
