Responsibilities

• Service and maintain the equipment and fixtures.
• Carry out preventive maintenance.
• Compile and communicate any repair or servicing work done.
• Update documentation for any changes made to the equipment.
• Initiate new tooling/fixtures designs.
• Collaborate with engineers to improve module yield and quality.
• Assist engineers in designing process equipment and debugging.
• Escalate issues to the engineer based on the response plan.
• Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts.

Education

Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Mechatronic/Industrial/Electrical/Electronics)

Job description

Responsibilities

• Service and maintain the equipment & fixtures
• Carry out Preventive Maintenance
• Compile, update and communicate any repair or servicing works done
• Update document for any changes done to the equipment
• Initiate new tooling/fixtures designs to improve module uptime/ reduce maintenance cost
• Work with Engineers to improve module yield, output and quality
• Work with Engineers in the design of process equipment, setting up & debugging
• Escalate to the engineer base on the response plan
• Able to work 12 hours rotating shift - 4/3 or 5/2 days a week

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Mechatronic/Industrial/Electrical/Electronics and equivalent)
