PROCESS & PRODUCTION ENGINEERING MANAGER

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to lead our production and process engineering operations, driving efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement.

WHAT IS THE CHALLENGING FOR THIS POSITION?

This position required to manage two departments operations as follow:-

Fabrication of manufacturing assembly’s facilities i.e assembly jig and fixtures, tooling, confirmation jig, Go No Go jig and test equipment’s with semi and fully automatic driven, maintain and monitor the facilities condition referring to scheduled. Replacement of jig & fixture or parts for continuous improvement.

2. Production & Process Engineering:

2.1 Process engineering

is to develop the process layout for New Product Introduction i.e Flowchart, PFMEA, SOP & IATF 16949 level 4 documents, involve in product introduction management, product costing and production line layout until Start of Production. Continuous to support Production engineering if require process or line layout changes.

Lead process engineering initiatives to enhance product quality, yield, and throughput.

is to ensure the production run smoothly by supporting in term of continuous improvement on productivity and Quality. To monitor and improve production line efficiency and the performance of any facilities i.e assembly jig and fixture includes the test equipment’s related to production line.

Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.

3. Team Leadership and Development:

Manage and provide guidance to a team of production and process engineers.

Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the team.

Identify training needs and provide development opportunities to enhance the skills and capabilities of the team members.

WHAT IS THE REQUIREMENT FOR THIS POSITION?

Proven experience in a managerial role within production and process engineering in the manufacturing industry.

Strong knowledge of production processes, process improvement methodologies, and quality control.

Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Demonstrated ability to drive change, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Awarenees in ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 standards.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
