Job description

We’re looking for an experienced Process Engineer to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence within a multinational manufacturing environment.

What you’ll do:

• Design, develop, and implement efficient manufacturing processes, including plant layouts, equipment selection, and performance analysis.
• Enhance productivity by introducing, validating, and standardizing improved manufacturing procedures.
• Optimize and upgrade existing equipment and processes to meet production, cost, and efficiency goals.
• Lead process upgrades and new system implementations while ensuring full compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and best practices to ensure consistent and high-quality output.
• Monitor key manufacturing KPIs to identify improvement opportunities and measure the impact of process enhancements.
• Drive improvements in productivity, cycle time, yield, lead time, and overall manufacturing cost.
• Ensure all processes and equipment comply with Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) requirements.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Process Engineer in a multinational manufacturing setup (semiconductor industry experience is a plus).
• Strong hands‑on experience in process development, simulations, and SOP creation.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and independent working capabilities.
• Proven track record in process design, re‑engineering, and optimization to improve efficiency and reduce defects.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with 8D, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and EHS practices.
