Job description

Job Responsibilities

1. Process Optimization & Standardization: Guide production and resolve issues according to SOPs; optimize production line layout; conduct standardized operation training for staff.
2. On-site Technical Support: Provide timely response and solutions for technical and quality issues encountered on the production floor.
3. Production Line Maintenance: Monitor and maintain production line fixtures, equipment, and gauges based on the MBOM to ensure operational readiness.
4. New Product/Line Launch Support: Assist in planning new production line layouts and conduct relevant operational training to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
5. Equipment Maintenance: Perform parameter debugging, troubleshoot equipment failures, and carry out routine maintenance and upkeep.
6. Safety Compliance: Supervise operations per JHA standards, eliminate potential hazards, and promote EHS initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

1. Education: College diploma or above.
2. Major/Field: Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering discipline.
3. Knowledge & Skills:

• Familiar with equipment and jig/fixture management principles and workflows.
• Capable of troubleshooting various equipment issues to ensure smooth production.
• Proficient with relevant equipment programming/software.
• Solid knowledge of electromechanical systems and tooling, with the ability to handle unexpected equipment failures.
