About the role

Join our 70+ strong APAC Design & Research team, spanning Australia, Malaysia, and Hong Kong. We’re on a mission to simplify and personalise the job discovery and hiring experience for job seekers and employers.

As aPrincipal Visual Designer, you’ll lead high-impact, strategic design initiatives across the business. You'll collaborate with senior stakeholders on complex, ambiguous problems sometimes embedded in delivery teams, other times focused on broader strategic goals. Your expertise will help shape consistent, high-quality design outcomes while mentoring and guiding others on design best practices and business impact.

Become a key voice in driving simplicity, relevance, and business value through design.

Responsibilities

Lead complex design projects including research, analysis, and innovative proof of concepts while collaborating with senior stakeholders and business partners

• Create innovative user interfaces and drive improvements to design systems, tooling, and workflows
• Develop communication materials and present design outcomes regularly to teams and leadership to ensure alignment
• Contribute to product strategy as a trusted and influential voice while maintaining high standards of excellence
• Inspire and motivate teams through exceptional strategic work leadership and official coaching/mentoring of junior designers
• Share expertise through thought leadership and knowledge sharing across the broader team
• Foster design culture that attracts and retains top talent while participating in design leadership forums
