Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Product Engineering/Failure analysis & Semiconductor IC.
• Wafer test processes - Die Sort, Wafer level burn-in, test systems and scripting proficiency is a must.

Responsibilities

• Participates in designing a complete framework of Functional Product Test Plan.
• Develops effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems.
• Analyzes and resolves system design weaknesses.
• Prepares test and diagnostic programs and designs test fixtures.
