• Manage and mentor a team of dedicated early childhood educators
• Guide daily school operations to ensure a nurturing, high-quality learning environment
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with parents and staff

Teaching by Example

• Step into the classroom as needed — lead by doing, not just directing
• Support children aged 1.5–6 in their emotional, cognitive, and social development
• Coach students to build real-life skills through gentle, purposeful guidance
• Observe, wait, and guide — no shouting, just heart-led connection
• Communicate with children and families in Mandarin and English to foster strong bonds
• Model emotional intelligence, empathy, and patience every day

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree holders (Education, Psychology, Management or related fields)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Able to communicate in English (Mandarin is a strong advantage)
