Job description
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute content across multiple channels including our podcast, website articles, and LinkedIn posts.
  • This involves working with subject matter experts to identify compelling topics, and ensuring content aligns with our strategic priorities and maintains consistent messaging.
  • Oversee full lifecycle of podcast series from conception to publication.
Event Management
  • Plan professional roundtable sessions, sponsored events or other similar events that bring our content to life.
  • This includes conceptualising event formats that complement our content themes, managing logistics from venue selection to registration, coordinating speakers and panelists, and ensuring seamless execution on event day.
  • In parallel, work with Sales and BD team on lead qualification, and maintain a database of potential prospects.
Website & Social Media (LinkedIn) Management
  • Keep our digital presence fresh and functional by regularly updating website and LinkedIn content.
  • Coordinating with technical teams for any improvements that ensures content is optimised for user experience.
Annual Conference Project Management
  • Support the delivery of our flagship one-day conference by coordinating all logistics, vendors and on-site execution related matters.
  • Conduct post-event evaluation and reporting.
About you
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, PR, corporate communications, or content development.
  • Undergraduate degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong storytelling, writing, content adaptation skills, and command of English.
  • Familiarity with digital platforms (e.g., websites, CRM).
  • Strong project management, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Client‑centric mindset.
  • Prior experience in a professional services environment is a plus.
