Job Summary
Responsible for Policy Servicing operational support, business process analysis, and other duties assigned by the supervisor to meet operational and project requirements for Digital Servicing, Automation, and System Enhancement initiatives.
Key Accountabilities
- Participate in Digital Servicing, automation, system enhancement, and process improvement projects. Responsibilities include:
- Perform process reviews and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Liaise and coordinate with superiors and IT or system support teams.
- Assist superiors in project meetings.
- Assist in preparing system/business requirements and conducting business process reviews.
- Prepare test scripts and perform User Acceptance Testing.
- Prepare sign-off documents from stakeholders and for implementation.
- Assist in monitoring project results.
- Ensure all activities meet quality, performance standards, and deadlines.
- Review and recommend measures to improve existing processes and systems.
Additional Responsibilities
- Prepare business cases and presentation slides for initiatives and projects.
- Perform data analysis and present findings to support business decisions.
- Establish and update guidelines, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure that all assigned timelines and objectives are met or exceeded.
Job Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
Preferred:
- At least 5 years of experience in the Insurance Industry.
