Responsibilities

• Responsible for the development and implementation of Real Estate Project Operation Strategy and plan, to ensure that the project in accordance with the plan smoothly.
• Responsible for coordinating all functional departments and related units, including design, construction, supervision, etc., to ensure that the project completed in accordance with the plan.
• Responsible for monitoring the progress of the project, timely detection of problems and make adjustments to ensure the achievement of project objectives.
• Be responsible for the development and implementation of resource management plan to ensure the effective use of project resources.
• Be responsible for developing and implementing risk management plan to ensure the safety and stability of the project.
• Be responsible for developing and implementing quality management plan to ensure the quality of the project in line with relevant standards and customer requirements.
• Be responsible for developing and implementing cost management plans to ensure that project costs are within budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, real estate management, engineering management and other related professional priorities.
• At least 10 years experience in real estate project operation and management, with familiar with the real estate project development process and related policies and regulations.
• Have good organization and coordination ability and team spirit.
• Strong ability of risk management, cost management and schedule management.
