Job description

Responsible for developing and maintaining accurate, customer-centric planograms that enhance store operations and product presentation. Ensures SOP compliance, optimizes space and product positioning, and maintains high-quality planogram data. Supports Space, Range, and Display processes through reliable reporting and database updates. Works effectively across multiple sites with strong management experience in customer-driven retail environments.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities :

Prepare and Maintain Planograms that operationally simpler for stores and good display for customers.

Maintain the operational effectiveness of every planogram by following the SOP so that products meet level run down effectively.

Update databases for actionable reports that support Space, Range and Display processes.

Produce planogram data that is recognized for its accuracy, quality and reliability.

Identify space and correct product facing / position.

Ensure all planograms are build based on Customer Decision Tree.

Working in a multi-site business with management experience of working in a customer driven and store operations environment.

Requirements :

Minimum – Diploma in any field.

Experience of using Microsoft applications to automate and simplify data analysis.

Able to analyze & interpret data quickly and accurately.

Willing to travel as needed by company.

Independent, responsible, self-motivated, resourceful and able to work under pressure.

Store Merchandising experience.

At least 1 – 2 years of experience in planogram, merchandising or related role will be an added advantage.
