The Planner is responsible for coordinating, scheduling, and monitoring production, materials, and resources to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance supply and demand efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Production Planning: Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer orders and business targets.
• Material Planning: Monitor inventory levels, forecast material requirements, and initiate purchase requisitions.
• Capacity Management: Assess production capacity and adjust schedules to optimize resource utilization.
• Demand Forecasting: Collaborate with sales and operations teams to forecast demand and align production plans.
• Order Management: Track customer orders, ensure timely fulfillment, and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Coordination: Liaise with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on production status, material availability, and delivery performance.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements
