Job description

Main Role: In charge of internal/external project development. Currently the projects are all requested by LIFULL Japan HQ or external Japanese clients. The candidate has the possibility to be assigned either project.

Main products: Web application and cloud service for property and related services.

Responsibilities

• Requirement definition: Understand what the client provides as their products and liaise with the client about the details and build the project base.
• Receiving feedback and applying adjustments.
• Coding, interface testing, programming, and testing.
• Maintenance, responding to client inquiries, and analyzing if there is any issue.
• Liaising with respective branches (Japan, Vietnam) and working together.

* Current main handle projects are related to tailor made house service and renting house website in Japan. Both are in house projects.

Qualifications

• Requirement
  • Diploma or degree holder.
  • More than 4 years of web application development (B2B or B2C) using PHP, JavaScript, Tailwind CSS, and HTML.
  • Experience and familiarity with MySQL or PostgreSQL.
  • Team lead experience.
  • Basic knowledge of cloud service development with AWS, Google Cloud, or other: ALB, EC2, RDS, S3, CloudFront, and API services such as Lambda, DynamoDB.
  • Related AI business experience.
