About Our Client

My client is an expanding and established pharmaceutical company which has a wide range of portfolios in pharmaceutical and consumer healthcare range. Their business is doing very well, expanding and encourages the team to be aggressive and hungry for business growth.

Job Description

  1. Overseeing pharmacy sales team, promotions and campaigns
  2. Planning and directing the hiring and training of new Sales Representatives
  3. Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally and regionally
  4. Preparing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures
  5. Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics
  6. Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service
  7. Setting discount rates and determining price schedules
  8. Advising distributors and dealers on policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  9. Serving as the face of the organization to internal and external partners
  10. Making data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation
  11. Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients
  12. Setting sales quotas and goals
  13. Overseeing and directing performance of the sales team
  14. Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities
  15. Defining and executing territory sales plans

The Successful Applicant

  1. At least 5 years of experience working in pharmaceutical sales and pharmacy channels
  2. Managing sales team in ethical pharmacy channels
  3. Have a good understanding of company's specific market and to maintain good rapport with key accounts
  4. Experience in budgeting, planning and executing sales campaigns and overseeing local sales activities.
  5. Experience hiring, managing and mentoring Sales Representatives is a plus.
