  • Previous experience in retail or pharmacy settings is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Strong verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English; ability to communicate health-related information effectively.

  • Process sales transactions accurately, handle cash and electronic payments, and issue receipts.
  • Support promotional activities and inform customers about ongoing sales or discounts.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations, along with store policies and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with pharmacy staff and management to ensure efficient operations.
