The opportunity

Advance Pest Management (PG BW) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Pest Consultant to join our Penang branch. As a Pest Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert pest management solutions to our growing customer base on Penang Island.

This is a full-time position based in Penang.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough site inspections to identify pest problems and recommend tailored solutions.
• Provide detailed proposals to customers outlining recommended treatments and prevention strategies.
• Deliver high-quality pest control services while ensuring strict compliance with health and safety standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to secure repeat business.
• Actively prospect for new customers and expand our client base in the Penang region.
• Maintain detailed records of all service visits and customer interactions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest pest control techniques, technologies and industry regulations.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a pest control consultant or sales in service industry.
• Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and building lasting client relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers.
• Problem‑solving mindset and ability to think creatively to address customer service enquiries.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Certification in pest control or a related field would be an advantage.
