Accountabilities

Job Description

  1. Achieve PFC ASB Financing, Smart Money, Education Financing, Personal Financing, ASNB Variables, Bancassurance & Banca Takaful, Credit Card targets as assigned.
  2. Achieve branch business referral target as assigned.
  3. Execute sales plan and strategies to achieve the targets assigned.
  4. Scrutinize customers and applications to prevent fraud and losses.
  5. Processing and submission of new loan applications to Consumer Credit Department (CCD).
  6. Follow up with CCD for approval, acceptance and disbursement process.
  7. Consumer Operation Department (COD) for after sales services and credit related matters.
  8. Identify potential customers to cross sell the Bank’s products and services.
  9. Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements such as FSA, iFSA, PDPA, AMLA, PCT, FEA, FATCA, CRS etc.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service.
  11. Manage customer enquiries and complaints.
  12. Provide trainings/ briefing on products in BM’s absence.
  13. To lead the branch in promotional activities and campaigns for Loan, Wealth, Bancassurance and Takaful during BM’s absence.
  14. To manage and undertake ad-hoc assignments as assigned by Management from time to time.
  15. Social commitment activities involvement (CSR).
  16. To ensure highest standard of branch housekeeping and workstation.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any relevant discipline.
  2. Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales and marketing for banking products.
  3. Possess relevant product licenses is an advantage.
  4. Possess strong sales and marketing acumen.
  5. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Able to work independently and in a team with minimal supervision.
  7. Proactive and possesses can-do attitude.
