A logistics firm based in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Personal Driver cum Despatch on a 6-month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting the CEO safely and punctually, as well as performing dispatch tasks as needed. Candidates must possess a valid driving license, exhibit strong driving skills, and have knowledge of routes within Klang Valley. A clean driving record and a medical fit for employment are mandatory.

Personal Drivers are responsible for safely transporting individuals to their destinations, ensuring comfort, punctuality, and professionalism. They may cater to private clients, executives, or families, and are often tasked with vehicle maintenance and route planning. Junior roles focus on basic driving duties, while senior or executive drivers may handle high-profile clients and require advanced driving skills and discretion.

Job Resposibilities

• To chauffer the CEO on daily basis from his residences to office, business meetings, functions within Klang Valley & outstation.
• To operate assigned vehicle in safe & courteous manner.
• To perform dispatch work & any other tasks as per company instruction.
• Maintain a proper record of travelling itinerary especially for dispatch’s job function.

Job Requirements

• Free from any forms of drugs and alcohol.
• Medical fits for employment.
• Well verse with routes within Klang Valley.
• Ensure appropriate time keeping.
• Comply with road & traffic rules at all times.
• Possess with valid driving license (B2 & D) with good driving skills and clean track record.
