Job summary

A local company in Penang is seeking a reliable Personal Driver for its Director and family. Responsibilities include safely chauffeuring to destinations, maintaining the vehicle, and ensuring timely pick-ups and drop-offs between locations. Candidates should have a valid D and B driving license, minimum education of SPM/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, and demonstrate trustworthiness and punctuality. This role requires working days from Monday to Saturday, with Sunday standby as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum education of SPM/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or equivalent driving experience.
• At least a few years of experience as a driver or personal driver.
• Possess valid D and B driving licenses.

Responsibilities

• Chauffeur Company Director and family members safely to various destinations.
• Pick up and drop off the Director between locations.
• Maintain a clean and well-functioning vehicle at all times.
• Keep a travel log to document locations, times, and mileage.

Overview

We are looking for a Personal Driver to Company Director, based in Penang Island and HQ in Simpang Ampat, Seberang Perai Selatan, as well as able to travel outstation when required.

Responsibilities

• Personal Driver to Company Director (and family members), chauffeur them to intended destinations in a safe and timely manner
• Pick up/drop off Director between Penang island and office and other meeting points.
• Able to work on Monday – Saturday, and on standby on Sunday.
• Ensure vehicle is kept clean, tidy and in good working condition at all times.
• Ensure vehicle is given regular maintenance checks: check oil, water, battery, brakes, tires, etc.
• Keep a travel / outstation log to record locations travelled to, travel time, mileage and work hours as required.

Job Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least a SPM/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or well experienced as personal driver.
• In good health condition and no bad habits.
• At least having few years working experience as a driver or personal driver
• Possess valid driving license: D license & B license
• Trustworthy, punctual, honest and possess safe driving skills
• Required skill(s): Microsoft Office
• Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Preferably Non-executive specialised in General Work (Housekeeper, Driver, Dispatch, Messenger, etc)
