About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to join our dynamic team. As the Personal Assistant to the Director, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of the business and ensuring the Director's time is managed efficiently. This is a full‑time, permanent position based in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities
  • Providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Director, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Preparing and proofreading documents, reports, and presentations on behalf of the Director.
  • Conducting research and providing analysis to support the Director's decision‑making process.
  • Handling travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and arranging itineraries.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for the Director, screening and prioritising communications.
  • Assisting with special projects and ad‑hoc tasks as required.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a personal or executive assistant role, preferably within a corporate or professional services environment.
  • Excellent organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in the use of office productivity software, including Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
  • Discreet and professional, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a proactive and solution‑oriented approach.
