We are seeking a highly organized and discreet Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant to support CEO in both professional and personal matters. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity. This role requires frequent international travel and long-term overseas assignments. The successful candidate will act as a trusted partner to the Director in both professional and personal matters.
Accompany the Director on business trips and long-term overseas assignments.
Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Director.
Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meeting arrangements.
Organize and coordinate international and domestic travel itineraries, visas, and accommodation.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and confidential documents.
Liaise with stakeholders, partners, and internal teams across multiple countries.
Ensure smooth communication and workflow on behalf of the Director.
Strong communication skills in English; Mandarin or other Asian languages is an advantage.
At least 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
Mandarin speaker candidates are encouraged to apply.
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
Highly adaptable, culturally sensitive, and professional.
Willing to travel frequently and commit to long-term overseas assignments.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
Discreet, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential matters.
Based in Malaysia with frequent travel to China, Hong Kong, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, and domestic locations.
