Key Responsibilities

Assist the Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the center, ensuring alignment with our vision of mother support, education, and community.

Manage staff schedules, resources, and client services to create a spacious, homey, and stress-free experience for all families.

Uphold our high standards of care by solving challenges with critical thinking and a positive, community-driven mindset.

Coordinate with clients, partners, and vendors to ensure seamless service delivery and the fulfillment of our commitment to nurturing mothers.

Maintain precise records and enforce operational protocols that reflect our center’s values of warmth, light, and care.

Provide administrative support and contribute to an environment where the team can thrive and grow together.

Key Qualifications

Highly meticulous, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent people skills, with the ability to connect with and support staff and clients.

Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and management abilities.

Ability to read, write, and converse fluently in Mandarin, English, and Malay is a must to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.

Prior experience in a managerial role is a plus, especially within healthcare, hospitality, or similar environments.

Personal experience as a mother or knowledge of postnatal care is an advantage, but not required.
