Job summary

A leading design company in Penang is seeking a Personal Assistant to provide full administrative and secretarial support to the management team. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or above in a relevant field and a minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a similar role. Responsibilities
  • Provide full administrative and secretarial support to the Director/Management.
  • Manage daily schedules, calendar appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and official documents as required.
  • Coordinate communication between the Director and internal/external parties.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Monitor and follow up on assigned tasks, projects, and deadlines.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, records, and documents.
  • Assist in personal errands and other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Director.
