Job description

Providing high-level administrative support to the director, including calendar management, email handling, and coordinating meetings.

Manage travel arrangements including flights, visas, hotels, transfers and travel itineraries

Acting as the primary point of contact for the director, liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

Assisting with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents as needed.

Maintaining and organising the director's filing system and other administrative records.

Managing diaries, organizing meeting, taking minutes and follow-up on actions items after meetings.

Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar and sending reminders.

Prepare reports by collecting and anaylze information.

Assist director for daily office activities or operation

Any other tasks as assigned by Management.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in an executive-level administrative role.

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines, , and ability to work independently, while also being a team player.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to interact with senior stakeholders.

Ability to communicate in both English and Chinese is preferred, as this position requires effective communication with a Chinese-speaking director.

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
