Personal Assistant to Managing Director (PA to MD)

Classic Sierra Sdn. Bhd. is actively seeking a highly capable and experienced Personal Assistant to the Managing Director, to support executive operations, handle government liaison, and coordinate key projects across industries.

About the Company

Classic Sierra Sdn. Bhd. is a licensed and fully operational gold mining company based in Malaysia. Recently granted our mining license, we have commenced full-scale operations.

In the near future, the group will expand into a new and innovative field through the establishment of San Yi Greentech Malaysia, a company focused on the research and production of organic nano fertilizers — a strategic new direction for the company.

Requirements:

Fluent in Mandarin, Malay, and English to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders (spoken and written)

Must have extensive experience in high-level administration and government communication

Capable of handling official correspondence, permits, and project-related coordination

Willing to work on a flexible schedule and travel as required

Driving license and own transport preferred

Salary Package:

RM 20,000/month (negotiable based on qualifications and experience)

Excellent long-term growth opportunities within the group, including future executive roles in new ventures

Work Location:

Initially attached to the MD for tasks related to the gold mining operations

Later may be reassigned to support leadership functions in the group’s upcoming organic nano fertilizer company
